I know that jeanette had a few computer prob for which she had to get her computer formatted and since then i have spoken to her and she cannot remember her password when she click on forgot password option this then E-Mail's her password to her and again she cannot remember her password for her E-Mail so i am going to try and help her out but failing that i have told her she will have to re-register with our beloved forum!!!!!!
