fried rice with chinese, not boiled, but like hecky says dont do curry n rice , naan bread or chapattis favour over rice everytime

i liked it boiled as fried rice is very high in fat, so to all you fat folk dont eat fried rice exspecially jeanette! see thats a tip not nasty is it.
