Le Guen points blame at Ferguson

Paul Le Guen and Barry Ferguson are at odds
Rangers manager Paul Le Guen claimed he was being undermined by Barry Ferguson and had no option but to strip the Scotland midfielder of the captaincy.
But Le Guen admits that the controversial decision could ultimately cost him his own job.

I'm on Ferguson's side, the guys a legend and he hasn't done anything wrong anyway.

Le Guen said "He tries to have too much influence" - He's the f**king captain, it's what they do!

He also said "I don't believe captains are as important to the players as some people think" - Very bold statement, almost as bald as the man himself

Ferguson said "Being captain was something I dreamed of as a kid going to Ibrox with my dad and watching my brother Derek." - Rangers through and through, what more can I say

However, referring back to the question "who will leave first, Ferguson or Le Guen?" I fear it may be Ferguson. The Frenchman has only been in charge 6 months and it would cost us more than the £2.50 we have to pay him off. Having said that there would be uproar from the supporters if Ferguson left because of Le Guen.

My opinion is that Le Guen will leave first as the whole problem will be sorted out as it is too risky for Le Guen as Ferguson has the support of the fans. Le Guen could turn fortunes around for this club but if he doesn't he will be shown the door by the end of next season.

As soon as he stripped Ferguson of the captains arm band and dropped him off the first team Le Guen lost the job in my opinion.
